What is the difference between Free and Pro?

What happens when I run out of AI drafts?

Nothing stops. The limit only covers notes generated for you. Writing and publishing by hand stays unlimited on every plan. Free includes 5 for the lifetime of the workspace; Pro resets to 60 every month.

Question 3

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

What happens if my Pro subscription expires?

Accepted Answer

Nothing you have published comes down. Your hosted page and every release stay live, and your subscriber list stays in your workspace. The workspace moves to the Free plan, so email from your own domain and scheduled drafts stop, the ReleasesHQ badge returns to your embed, and seats above the Free limit of 2 lose access until you resubscribe.

Who handles payments?

Dodo Payments, as our merchant of record. Card details go straight to them and are never stored by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

What counts as a seat?

One person with access to your workspace. Free includes 2 and Pro includes 5. Seats cover who can write and publish; the people reading your release notes are never counted and never charged for.
